Article 02 — Applicability

These terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between Mobile Airtime Services and the customer via indonesia-topup.com. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service and place orders.

We may amend these terms; the version in effect at the time of your order applies.

Article 03 — Products

We sell two categories of digital products:

Products are fulfilled via third-party providers. Delivery times and availability depend on operator and network status.

Article 04 — Ordering Process

  1. Select a product and denomination
  2. Enter the destination meter number (PLN) or phone number (pulsa)
  3. Review your order and confirm
  4. Complete payment via iDEAL | Wero or credit/debit card
  5. Receive the token code or top-up confirmation

You are responsible for entering the correct destination number. We cannot reverse transactions sent to incorrect numbers.

Article 05 — Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include all applicable fees. No VAT (BTW) applies to these products. Prices may fluctuate due to exchange rate changes. The price shown at checkout is the final price.

Payment is processed by our payment provider. We accept iDEAL | Wero and major credit/debit cards.

Article 06 — Delivery

PLN tokens and mobile top-ups are delivered digitally within seconds of payment confirmation. Delivery depends on the availability of the Indonesian operator or PLN network.

In case of operator downtime, delivery may be delayed. You will be notified by email of the delivery status.

Article 07 — Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to these purchases.

In accordance with Article 6:230p sub g of the Dutch Civil Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, where:

By completing your purchase, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal. This is confirmed in your order confirmation.

Article 08 — Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the instant and irreversible nature of delivery, refunds and cancellations are not possible once processed and delivered.

Non-delivery: if a technical failure results in non-delivery, you are entitled to a full refund or re-delivery. Report non-delivery within 24 hours to support@indonesia-topup.com with your order reference.

Article 09 — Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for:

We are not responsible for taxes, duties, or charges imposed in your country. Local Indonesian taxes or admin fees charged by the operator at redemption are outside our control and not included in our price.

Article 10 — Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We comply with the GDPR and applicable Dutch privacy legislation.

Article 11 — Complaints

Complaints about orders must be submitted within 14 days to support@indonesia-topup.com, including order reference and issue description. We respond within 5 business days.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may submit the dispute to the competent court in the Netherlands or use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (see Article 12).

Article 12 — Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
