ARTICLE 02

Applicability

These terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between Mobile Airtime Services and the customer via indonesia-topup.com. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service and place orders.

We may amend these terms; the version in effect at the time of your order applies.

ARTICLE 03

Products

We sell four categories of digital products and settle one kind of bill:

PLN electricity tokens (token listrik): prepaid electricity credits for Indonesian state utility PLN, delivered as a 20-digit token code
Mobile top-ups (pulsa): prepaid airtime credits for Indonesian operators (Telkomsel, Indosat Ooredoo, XL Axiata, Smartfren, Three, Axis)
Mobile data bundles (paket data): a mobile data package for an Indonesian prepaid number, delivered to the phone number and priced in euro
SIM validity extensions (masa aktif): extra validity days for an Indonesian prepaid number (Telkomsel, Indosat, Tri, XL, Axis), delivered to the phone number and priced in euro. No credit or data is included, and the operator's own limits apply, such as Telkomsel's maximum of 360 days of total validity
PLN postpaid bill payments (tagihan listrik): on your instruction we settle the open monthly bill of a postpaid PLN customer number with PLN through our supplier. The bill amount, PLN's administration fee and any late penalty are passed on to PLN unchanged; our service is the settlement, and the service fee for it is included in the price shown. You receive PLN's reference number and a receipt. The bill may be in someone else's name

Products are fulfilled via third-party providers. Delivery times and availability depend on operator and network status.

ARTICLE 04

Ordering Process

Select a product and denomination
Enter the destination meter number (PLN token), customer number (PLN bill) or phone number (pulsa, data bundle or SIM validity)
Review your order and confirm
Complete payment via iDEAL | Wero or credit/debit card
Receive the token code, the top-up confirmation or the bill payment reference

You are responsible for entering the correct destination number. We cannot reverse transactions sent to incorrect numbers.

ARTICLE 05

Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR). The price shown at checkout is the final price: our fees and the payment costs are included, and nothing is added afterwards. For a bill payment it is the bill as PLN states it, including PLN's administration fee and any late penalty, converted to euro, plus our service fee. No VAT is charged on our prices: electricity tokens, top-ups, data bundles and SIM validity extensions are supplied for use in Indonesia and fall outside Dutch VAT, and bill payments are a VAT-exempt financial service. Prices may fluctuate due to exchange rate changes.

Payment is processed by our payment provider. We accept iDEAL | Wero and major credit/debit cards.

ARTICLE 06

Delivery

PLN tokens, mobile top-ups, data bundles and SIM validity extensions are delivered digitally within seconds of payment confirmation. Delivery depends on the availability of the Indonesian operator or PLN network. A bill payment is forwarded to PLN within seconds of payment confirmation; PLN's reference number and the receipt follow on screen and by email.

In case of operator downtime, delivery may be delayed. You will be notified by email of the delivery status.

ARTICLE 07

Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to these purchases.

In accordance with Article 6:230p sub g of the Dutch Civil Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, where:

Performance has begun with your prior explicit consent; and
You have acknowledged that your right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

By completing your purchase, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal. This is confirmed in your order confirmation.

A bill payment is a service that is fully performed the moment PLN accepts the settlement. Under Article 6:230p sub d of the Dutch Civil Code the right of withdrawal lapses once a service has been fully performed with your prior explicit consent, which you give by completing the purchase.

ARTICLE 08

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the instant and irreversible nature of delivery, refunds and cancellations are not possible once processed and delivered.

Non-delivery: if a technical failure results in non-delivery, you are entitled to a full refund or re-delivery. Report non-delivery within 24 hours to support@indonesia-topup.com with your order reference.

Bill payments: if PLN refuses the settlement, for example because the bill was paid elsewhere in the meantime or its amount changed, you receive a full refund without asking. A settlement that PLN has accepted cannot be reversed.

ARTICLE 09

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for:

Incorrect destination numbers or meter numbers provided by you
Delays or failures caused by the Indonesian operator or PLN
Technical failures beyond our control
Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

We are not responsible for taxes, duties, or charges imposed in your country. Local Indonesian taxes or admin fees charged by the operator at redemption are outside our control and not included in our price. This does not apply to bill payments: PLN's administration fee and any late penalty are part of the bill and included in the price shown.

ARTICLE 10

Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We comply with the GDPR and applicable Dutch privacy legislation.

Order records and the associated chargeback-evidence bundle (IP address, device fingerprint, payment reference, supplier transaction ID, delivery receipt and email-delivery confirmation) are retained for 7 years to satisfy Dutch fiscal-retention rules and card-scheme chargeback windows. Details of what we retain and on what basis are in our Privacy Policy.

ARTICLE 11

Complaints

Complaints about orders must be submitted within 14 days to support@indonesia-topup.com, including order reference and issue description. We respond within 5 business days.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may submit the dispute to the competent court in the Netherlands or use the European Consumer Redress platform (see Article 12).

ARTICLE 12

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

As an EU consumer, you may also use the European Consumer Redress platform at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/. Our email for dispute resolution purposes: support@indonesia-topup.com.

ARTICLE 13

Transaction limits

To protect customers and our business against fraud, we apply per-transaction and per-customer spend limits. We do not publish the exact thresholds. Orders that exceed these limits are declined at checkout. If a limit prevents a legitimate purchase, please contact support@indonesia-topup.com and we will review.

Card payments: we may apply a minimum order amount for card payments as a fraud-prevention measure. When a minimum applies, it is shown at checkout and smaller orders remain payable by iDEAL.

ARTICLE 14

Geographic availability and sanctions

Indonesia Topup is available to customers in Europe. We do not accept transactions from countries or persons subject to sanctions imposed by the European Union, the United Nations, or the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). The list of restricted jurisdictions is kept in sync with the EU financial-sanctions regime and may change without notice. Orders originating from a sanctioned jurisdiction will be declined at checkout.
