Common questions
How long does delivery take?
Usually within 1 minute after payment. Your token code or top-up confirmation appears on screen, and we also send it by email.
Why is my PLN token delayed at night?
PLN pauses token sales every night for maintenance. If you pay between 23:25 and 01:00 WIB (Jakarta time), your order is kept safe and we send the token at 01:05 WIB. We let you know by email, and you do not need to do anything.
Where do I find my token code?
On the confirmation screen right after payment and in your confirmation email. If you are signed in, you can also open every past order under History.
I did not receive my login code
The code usually arrives within a minute. Check your spam or promotions folder, and make sure the email address has no typo. A code is valid for 5 minutes, and you can request up to 3 codes every 15 minutes. Still nothing? Contact us below.
Which payment methods can I use?
Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards from any country, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Bancontact and Wero. You do not need an Indonesian bank account.
How do I find my meter number?
It's printed on the PLN meter (11-13 digits starting with 0 or 1). You can also find it on your PLN bill or in the PLN Mobile app.
What if delivery fails or my token does not work?
If delivery fails, we retry automatically. If it still does not go through, we email you so you can choose another try or a full refund, and we refund automatically if you do not answer within 2 hours. If your meter rejects a token, contact us with your order reference and we will sort it out.
Do I need an account?
No. At checkout we only confirm your email address with a one-time code. Signing in lets you save meters and phone numbers for faster purchases and see your order history.
